Mário José De Souza Neto was born in Salvador, Bahia. He lived his childhood among his grandparents' tales about Bahian culture and classics of world literature.
When he was young, he embarked on Chemical Engineering, without ever straying from his favorite novels and authors. Today, playing a leadership role in large companies, he is convinced that enthusiasm is the path to finding one's own truth.
