Marcos São Mateus Mônaco is from Ilhéus (BA) and has a degree in Administration from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), a postgraduate degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Alcalá de Henares (Master/Spain) and in International Trade Management from UNIFACS (MBA/Salvador). He also coordinated the amateur theater group for teenagers made in partnership with Casa de Gospel, Trabalho e Amor (CETA), having written and directed the plays presented by the group. Marcos has been a federal civil servant at the Regional Labor Court of the 5th Region/Bahia since 1997 and has been carrying out research activities in the area of history and literature for four years.
