Marcelo Felix is a diverse writer and designer, writing novels, children's books, and short stories. He was born in Sooretama, in the state of Espírito Santo, where he still lives today with his Wonder Woman fan wife, Kelly Leones, three dogs (Hampstock, Niguém, and Costelinha), and a black cat (Sirius Black) who mysteriously appeared on Saturday the 14th after a Friday 13.
When he was younger, Marcelo spent hours and hours drawing comic books with his friends until, some time later, he decided to exchange the line for words, writing by hand, in 2007, a story called The Adventures of Martyn, the Perfect Girl. The very rough draft of the detective trio Martyn the Detective, his debut novel, was born there.
"Martyn o Detetive e o Sumiço dos Encrenqueiros" is a detective novel aimed at children and adults, being the first book in a series and being in its 3rd edition by Lura Editorial. Martyn the Detective is a story that has a little bit of everything: suspense, fiction, adventure, deductions, and finally, an incessant search for the truth.
At the invitation of Lura Editorial, he took over the organization of the anthology "The Mysterious Case of Royal Street and other stories". Containing several authors from all over Brazil, who were meticulously selected for the publication of their stories.
"I believe that somewhere there is always a story waiting to be told. So, I like to think that I can be this chosen one and that, somehow, I can charm people with a handful of letters and punctuations."
The Lura Editorial emerges in the market, with a new concept of publisher in Brazil, inspired by a model increasingly present in digital media with quality editorial services and fair prices so that your book is compatible with the best-sellers in your segment.
