Lilia Cristina Miranda Rodrigues is a storyteller, writer and educator. He was born in the municipality of São João da Barra and has lived for 36 years in the municipality of Rio das Ostras, in the Lagos Region, Rio de Janeiro.

He worked with literacy classes, coordinated pedagogical activities, developed projects focused on reading in a public school in the city of Rio das Ostras, created and directed the storytellers group Janela para História, made up of public school students. From 2013 to 2016 he was responsible for managing the technical-pedagogical Coordination of the Municipal Education Department of Rio das Ostras.

He grew up listening to his father tell stories and, in his opinion, he was the greatest storyteller who ever lived.

Enchanted by the sea, the noise of shells and memories, she spent her childhood writing stories and poems, which only in 2015 did she have the courage to publish.

In 2015 he released his first children's book: “Capacetinho Vermelho”.

He currently works as a Pedagogue at the Rio das Ostras de Cultura Foundation.
