Heloiza Helena Entringer Pereira, born on April 3, 1956, in the small town of São Rafael, Municipality of Linhares, in the State of Espírito Santo, second daughter in a family of seven brothers. He attended the first grades at Escola Singular de Baía Nova, in the interior of the Municipality of Guarapari-ES. At the age of 10, her father sent her to study at a boarding school, run by nuns from the Congregation of Servants of the Holy Spirit, in the city of Juiz de Fora, Minas Gerais. In 1971, he came to live and study in the city of Vitória, capital of the State of Espírito Santo, where he began working at the age of 16, working as a reporter for the Espírito Santo newspapers O Diário, A GAZETA and later at < i>COURT. 
During the years 1973/1976, he lived in the city of Cuiabá-MT, also working as a reporter for the newspapers O Correio da Imprensa, O Diário de Cuiabá and TV Centro América. 
He got married and moved to the State of Rondônia in 1978. Lives in the city of Vilhena. She has a degree in Law and works at the city's Forum. He belongs to the Academia Vilhenense de Letras, where he occupies chair number 18.
