BARBARA STROBL was born in a favela in the south of Rio de Janeiro. Brazilian and German. She always liked reading and it was through her passion that she became a writer. Writing is a hobby. She was a public manager, worked as an administrator, becoming Secretary of Health for the municipality of Maricá.
Graduated in pedagogy for love, and passionate about human behavior. Graduated in Administration, postgraduate in public management, project management, specialist in family systemic configuration, behavioral analyst. He has always invested in intellectual knowledge and believes that education is the only way to transform the world.
